Outstanding fees can be paid directly at your library or settled by invoice.
You will receive an invoice if you used a chargeable service two months earlier; for example, services used in March will be invoiced in May. Fees are invoiced by the Canton of Lucerne. If these invoices are not paid, your account will be blocked.
If a library account is blocked, you will no longer be able to order, borrow, reserve media or renew a lending period. The block will be lifted once the affected media have been returned or the outstanding fees have been paid.
