Registration

The ZHB Lucerne is open to all interested persons.

Registration is free of charge and is valid in all SLSP libraries.

A Switch edu-ID account is a prerequisite for registering with the library network SLSP. If you do not yet have a Switch edu-ID account, you can create one at the start of the registration process. Your mobile number and e-mail address will be verified.

Please start the registration via this link on the SLSP registration platform.

The process is generally self-explanatory. If required, you can find help in a step-by-step video (for non-university members) or in the instructions below.

Companies & organisations

You can also open an user account with the Swiss Library Service Platform (SLSP) as a non-natural person, such as a company or non-profit organisation, as well as a chair, institute or moot court.

You can register online via the SLSP registration platform for institutions. You will then receive a confirmation by e-mail with instructions to contact the library from which you wish to order your first item. That library will check and activate your account. This may take several working days. You will be notified as soon as your account is activated.

Short-term user

Users who are only in Switzerland for a short time (e.g. visiting academics) can be registered as short-term users. Their account is automatically deleted after one month, provided that there are no more loans or fees on it.

Please complete the enrolment form and hand it in at the information desk of one of our libraries.

Keep your address up to date

Have you moved and have got a new address? Have you changed your E-mail address or telephone number?

You can update your details at Switch edu-ID at any time.

For technical and data protection reasons, library staff are unable to make changes to your data. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
