Open Access in Legal Sciences in Switzerland
At this online event, we will present the results of the ROAL project (Report on Open Access in Law).
The Report on Open Access in Law (ROAL) project, funded by swissuniversities, has examined the current publishing landscape in Swiss legal scholarship, with a particular focus on Open Access. The project combines a quantitative analysis of publication data with interviews involving researchers, publishers, legal practitioners, courts, public administration, funders, and the Open Science community. At this event, we will present the key findings of the project and discuss current barriers and opportunities for Open Access in legal scholarship.
